Celebrating Jesus and His Divine Mercy

“Always fight with the deep conviction that I am with you.”
Know that you are on a great stage where all heaven and earth are watching you.”  -Jesus to St. Faustina
It has not been lost on us that Sister Maria Lucina began this journey on Tuesday of Holy Week.  By Tuesday of Easter week, Sister was  here at Hope4Cancer.

Here are some of her thoughts almost a week later:

“It’s really great mercy that this place is incarnating. The compassion of the doctors, the staff, Dr. Tony, their whole outlook of the whole person is just mercy.  It’s not a rush-through, a business, procedures, or just science.  They’re worried about and care about the people who come here.  That is what is being enfleshed here.  Mercy!  In word and deed.”

One of the weaknesses we have in the West is a weakness toward forming opinions without having really educated ourselves.  We go to the internet for information and often seek out the negative reviews first, in order to avoid the further work of searching out the truth.

We don’t know where the Lord will lead but Sister is aware that she is “on a great stage” and that for many people, the only instruction they really absorb is the witness of life found in people like Sister.  Regardless of what happens, we are full of hope and trust in the Lord and wish all of you, on this extraordinary day of the Lord’s limitless mercy, His greatest graces in whatever area of your life you need them.
Sister by the way is feeling good.  Here she is talking to her Mom!
